Material Stainless Steel Our products go through an extensive series of checking and rechecking comprising of the following tests- Chemical Testing : Both input raw material and our final products are tested for chemical composition by Multi Matrix Spectrometer. Mechanical Testing : Tensile Strength, Elongation Hardness Testing, Bent Test and Charpy Impact Test carried out according to ASTM, Other International Standards as specified by the customer. Corrosion Testing : To find out the susceptibility of the material in context to inter granular corrosion, corrosion testing is carried out at professional laboratories. Die Penetrate Testing : Done in house at our quality control unit. Radiography : Measuring instruments, process instruments and gauges are regularly calibrated at standard laboratories.
