Our Quality

Ltd., have established a sophisticated quality control unit loaded with a range of advanced machinery of world class standard. All the products are 100% visually and dimensionally inspected as per statistical quality control plan. Destructive & non-destructive testings are carried out by our qualified & experienced personal who manage the inspection at various levels of the whole manufacturing process. Before being delivered to our clients, our products go through an extensive series of checking and rechecking comprising of the following tests-
- Chemical Testing: Both input raw material & our final products are tested for chemical composition by Multi Matrix Spectrometer.
- Mechanical Testing: Tensile Strength, Elongation Hardness Testing, Bent Test & Charpy Impact Test carried out according to ASTM/ Other International Standards as specified by the customer.
- Corrosion Testing: To find out the susceptibility of the material in context to inter-granular corrosion, corrosion testing is carried out at professional laboratories.
- Die Penetrate Testing: Done in-house at our quality control unit.
- Radiography: Measuring instruments, process instruments and gauges are regularly calibrated at standard laboratories.
Our Strength
At Alltech Technocast Pvt. Ltd., we are well equipped with investment casting plant having manufacturing capacity of 400 Metric Tones per annum in weight range from 5 gms. to 50 kgs. piece weight. This unit along with our other infrastructural facilities empowers us to design and develop various high quality products required in different applications. - We have experience and expertise in manufacturing intricate investment castings for valves and pump components (used in various industries like pump and valves manufacture, chemical, petrochemical and food processing) and in heat & corrosion resistant stainless steel, special steel, super alloys like haste alloys, monel, CZ-100, satellites and other ferrous alloys confirming to various international specifications radiographic quality requirement.
- We also have experience of investment castings for automobile, textile, machine tool and general engineering industries.
